Training required for the NJDEP EXAM. Qualifies as Training in Lieu of 40 hrs. of OJT. In addition, you must also take a Basic Pesticide Training Class to be fully licensed as an Applicator. No longer do you need to take a 2 or 3 day course!

Meet our Instructor
Michael Cavanaugh brings more than 40 years of pest control industry experience to NJPestTraining.com as our 7B Termite & Wood-Destroying Insect instructor. For the past 13 years, he has been the owner of PestID in New Jersey.
Michael has held numerous leadership positions with the New Jersey Pest Management Association (NJPMA), including serving as President from 2008–2010, and has represented the industry at New Jersey Senate and Assembly hearings.
His combination of hands-on pest management experience, business ownership, and industry leadership provides students with practical, real-world knowledge that goes well beyond the textbook.

Requirements for ONLINE Classes
- Government issued photo ID is required and will be verified prior to and immediately after the class.
- Attendees must be visible throughout the entire session (with live video on) and must stay to the end.
- Quizzes will be randomly scheduled, & attendance will be visually monitored by a moderator.
- In order to be marked "Present" for this class, every Attendee
MUST log-in to the online Class from their own device (PC, or MAC) and use their
own unique email address. Absolutely No Sharing of devices or log-in.
- Call-ins (audio only) are not allowed; you need a computer with *live* video capability.

IIMPORTANT NOTICES
1. Duplicate Course Credits
In most jurisdictions, pesticide applicators may not receive credit for taking the same exact course more than once during a single recertification cycle. Because the course content remains consistent, repeat attendance may not be considered new training, and additional credits may not be granted. However,
attending both the 3-Hour and 6-Hour courses within the same category is allowed, as these are considered
two different courses with different course content and approvals.
2. Attendance, Identification & Equipment Requirements
All attendees are required to submit
(1) a photo of a valid government-issued photo ID and (2) a current selfie
at the start of class for identity verification. Attendees seeking
recertification credits must also submit a photo of their
current state-issued pesticide applicator license for each state in which they are requesting credits.
Attendees must also remain on camera for the entire webinar and are responsible for having properly functioning equipment and a reliable internet connection.
Late arrivals will not receive credit and are not eligible for a refund.
