Directions to look up credit history – Commercial Pesticide Applicators

  1. To look up your credit history go to https://dep.nj.gov/pesticides/licensing-registration-and-permitting/commercial-pesticide-applicator/
  2. Under Part 4, click “Commercial Certified Pesticide Applicators – Specific Information”
  3. Enter Requested information (Full license number with capital letter, D.O.B, and last four of Social Security Number)
  4. Click Submit
