- To look up your credit history go to https://dep.nj.gov/pesticides/licensing-registration-and-permitting/commercial-pesticide-applicator/
- Under Part 4, click “Commercial Certified Pesticide Applicators – Specific Information”
- Enter Requested information (Full license number with capital letter, D.O.B, and last four of Social Security Number)
- Click Submit
